Lead, don't follow: Why it's smart to ACT NOW

Lead, don't follow: Why it's smart to ACT NOW

Don’t buy into the media fear mongering. Real estate is a long-term game.

Mere months ago, buyers were desperately scrambling to write unconditional over-asking offers on a limited supply of properties, afraid of missing out.

Now we are once again in a positive position of having a selection of great homes to choose from, and the prices are great value.

Real estate prices always trend upwards over the long haul.

There may be a few dips, here and there, but there never is a big drop. So unless your intention is to flip right away, you need to realize that in 5 years, your home will have appreciated significantly, and you will have made a good investment in choosing your mortgage over merely renting- especially with Squamish’s high rental prices!

Talk to a mortgage broker (I can refer you, if needed- I know some great people!) You will see that while our rates are currently higher than they were during co-vid, they’re not ridiculously high, as some people seem to think.

NOW is the time to take advantage of the pause in the real estate “feeding frenzy”- as we all know, it WILL return at some point- you’ll be glad that you acted when the others were sleeping.

If you see the home of your dreams for sale, JUMP on this great opportunity. Your future self will thank you.

I’m happy to guide you on this journey. Call/DM me anytime.

Let’s do this!!!
