NEW DEVELOPMENT ALERT: Redbridge Squamish- Phase 2 Pine

NEW DEVELOPMENT ALERT: Redbridge Squamish- Phase 2 Pine

The Redbridge project, located on Scott Crescent at the entrance to downtown Squamish, along the Mamquam Blind Channel, has been a work in progress for nearly a decade.

The challenges of marketing a real estate project during Co-Vid lockdown restrictions resulted in the Kingswood Properties team in pivoting to a major online effort: virtual tours, scale models and online appointments.

The real estate market is still incredibly HOT right now here in Squamish as buyers quickly snap up properties - seeking home offices, open spaces and access to outdoor recreation, and it's been hard to keep up with demand. The first phase of Redbridge, Cove, while marketed online for many weeks in advance, still sold out within a few short days.

Phase 2, Pine, will be offered for sale in the next few days. To schedule your appointment, go to: Redbridge Appointment link.
